Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with maysgrid. Each set of press-on nails is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely to you.
Processing times
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Custom or made-to-order sets require an additional 1-2 business days of processing time.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Free standard shipping is automatically applied. For other shipping methods, costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated delivery times:
- Canada: 2–10 business days
- United States: 5–14 business days
- International: 1–4 weeks
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or holidays.
Tracking
Tracked shipping options will include a tracking number sent via email once your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or delayed packages
Once a package has been shipped, maysgrid is not responsible for postal delays, lost packages, or carrier issues. However, if you experience a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Customs & duties
International customers may be responsible for customs fees, duties, or import taxes depending on their country’s regulations.
Order issues
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
