Due to the hygienic nature of press-on nails, all sales from maysgrid are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can help resolve it.

If approved, replacements or refunds will be issued at the discretion of maysgrid.
